In times when countries all over the world have been suffering due to the Corona Virus, even our country and our state have been gripped in the pandemic fear. In such drastic times our honorable Chief Minister Shri Kalwakuntla Chandrashekar Rao has alerted the Government and Non-Government Charitable organizations to come to the aid of poor, migrant labourersand farmers. Answering to the call of the Chief Minister, Sanjeevani Charitable Trust has come forward and made significant contributionsto the cause. Sanjeevani Charitable Trust has been striving for the upliftment of the backward caste people in Nalgonda District for past few decades. The trust has spent close to Rs. 50 Lakhs for this cause. Following are the contributions of Sanjeevani Charitable Trust towards relief activities during Covid Pandemic
The trust has contributed Rs. 10 Lakhs to the CM Relief Fund
Marketing of the produce has become a huge challenge for the farmers in the lockdown period. The trust has come to the aid of the sweetlime farmers in this time. The trust has purchased sweet limes directly from farmers and distrubuted freely to the frontline warriors (i.e., Doctors, Nurses, Sanitation workers, Police and volunteers)
Teachers working in the private schools have suffered severely during the lockdown period. Seeing the plight of the private teachers and as per the advise of Shri G. Jagadishwar Reddy (Minister for Energy), the Trust has distributed basic provisions to 369 families.
Distributed provisions to 200 poor families across 12 villages. Hon’ble Minister G. Jagadishwar Reddy and ZP Chairman Shri Banda Narender Reddy and Local MLA Shri Ravinder Nayak have supervised the distribution activity.
Distributed provisions to 250 poor families of Vangamarthi and neighboring villages. MLA Gadari Kishore has supervised the activity in this region.

Distributed provisions to 150 persons in Akshara Society, Aruna Oldage Home and Sneha Foundation. Also supplied provisions to Surabhi theaters artistsand folk artists who have lost livelihood.
